SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

• You consent to receive text message updates from Clatsop Care Center Health District about the bond measure and district news.
• Message frequency: No more than 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• You can request help at any time by replying HELP to any message.
• Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others. If your carrier is not supported, you may not receive messages.

Data Privacy

We will not share your personal or SMS data with any third parties. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Clatsop Care Center Health District is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of participating in this program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
